Services

We provide the following services in Farmington, NM and Gallup, NM:

• Evaluations - We provide consultative speech therapy evaluations by appointment only. Evaluations are scheduled through a third party. No more than one family member may attend an appointment with a patient at a time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Most evaluations take 30-45 minutes but may be longer or shorter depending on patient age and disorder.

*Note- We NO LONGER provide private speech therapy services. Referrals are no longer accepted at this facility.
