If you do not see your insurance plan listed, you have other options. Payment is made "out of pocket" and we can provide you with a Superbill. This form is a detailed invoice which can then be used to attempt reimbursement yourself from your insurance company. In this case, Silver Tongue Speech & Voice would be considered "out of network" and it is up to your insurance company whether they reimburse you partially, for the full amount you paid us, or at all. It all depends on your insurance company and specific plan! We do not provide any out-of-network billing.

Private pay clients are given a "prompt pay" discount. Payment is due at time of service. Pricing is as follows:

• Voice, swallowing, speech-language, and stuttering evaluations: $200.
• Treatment/therapy sessions: $85/per session.
